Amlong Computer Consulting offers two forms of support. The first is the more standard way where you call us and we charge you a per hour fee. This is fine if your computers are not used for critical business support.

However if your computers are critical, we suggest our partnered support plan. For a monthly fee we will become your computer guy. With this level of support you will receive routine maintenance and inspections, rapid problem response, and we will keep a supply of spares for your equipment. With prepaid time, at a reduced rate, built into the monthly fee anyone in your organization can call when something goes wrong without having to arrange for payment or call you to see if it is OK.
